1.How quickly can my cleaner start?
Our staff are available to work at any time so we can fit in once off cleans within 24 hrs notice or can schedule your regular clean to start the next day after the quote. You choose what is best for you.
2.Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Usually it will be the same cleaner /s. The only time this changes is when we have to cover for sickness or holiday absences. In this case we will give you notice that the cleaner will be different
3. How do I know that the cleaner is trustworthy?
Every cleaner we have is initially interviewed face to face. All relevant ID checks are carried out, along with Police Clearance documentation. We also work with the cleaners for a long period of time before they are ready to do a clean on their own. This is also how we get to know them as individuals aswell.
4. Are the cleaners trained in all aspects of cleaning?
Yes, we tirelessly train all our staff in every aspect of cleaning. They are 100% committed to meticulously clean all areas of your home and will pay attention to every detail.
5. What if I am not happy with the service that my cleaner is doing?
We strive for complete satisfaction so if there is anything you are not happy with we would encourage you to let us know so that we can rectify any problems. Our staff always ask us if the client was happy with their service so they are only too happy to sort any issues out to ensure that quality is maintained.
6. Who holds our keys
We hold the keys but staff take the key on day of clean and drop back to us the same day. We make sure that every evening we have the keys to all our clients properties safely put away with no addresses, key codes or alarm codes attached.
